Senior Consultant ESG Software Solutions (f/m/x)

UBIRCH is hiring a Senior Consultant (f/m/x) to help companies improve their sustainability performance through efficient and reliable ESG data processing. You will conduct research and analysis on ESG issues, develop and implement sustainability strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with external stakeholders, and monitor progress towards ESG goals. Strong knowledge of ESG principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are required.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting research and analysis on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues relevant to the company's operations
• Developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives to improve the company's sustainability performance
• Collaborating with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes
• Engaging with external stakeholders, such as investors and regulatory bodies, to communicate the company's ESG efforts and achievements
• Monitoring and reporting on the company's progress towards meeting ESG goals and targets

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles
• Experience in conducting ESG assessments and audits
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of German
