Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

Your Mission

• Onboard new customers to the product with a focus on user adoption
• Develop and oversee customer success plans to maximize customer value
• Own and optimize the implementation and roll-out process for fast time to value
• Maximize Net Revenue Retention through usage growth and expansion
• Manage the customer contract renewal process
• Track customer success metrics such as NRR, NPS, and customer health score
• Be the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap and the leadership team
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical sales
• Solid understanding and experience with intelligent automation platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German. German is a must have.
