Foundever B.V. & Co. KG is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to provide excellent customer service for RAISIN. You will be communicating with customers via phone and email, handling sales, resolving queries, and building customer relationships. Relevant skills include fluency in Dutch, customer service expertise, previous experience in a customer-focused or sales environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and teamwork abilities.

Your responsibilities

• Advising Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and email
• Selling products and services
• Quickly and competently solving customer queries to increase satisfaction
• Processing and resolving customer complaints
• Building relationships with new and existing customer base
• Adhering to company principles and values

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (native level)
• Excellent customer service expertise
• Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales environment
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Willingness to work flexible hours
